General Shipping Policy
We currently only offer shipping within the United States.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order will arrive in the timeframe paid for at the time of purchase.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (no orders are shipped during holidays or weekends). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic email or text confirmation with the order summary and tracking number. Please allow 2-7 business for your order to arrive .
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Order Policy
The customer is responsible for providing the correct mailing address at the time of purchase. We are unable to make adjustments to the address once the order has been placed. No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once orders are turned over to the postal carrier, USPS, ownership of the package transfers to the buyer. Buy Outer Beauty LLC., is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Shipping is a service the customer purchases from USPS therefore, any shipping issues should be handled by the postal carrier.
