Buy Outer Beauty LLC currently ships within the United States only.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Processing and Delivery Times
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days will be packed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, please allow approximately 2–7 business days for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, an automatic confirmation containing your order summary and tracking information will be sent to the email address and/or phone number provided at checkout. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear.
During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few additional business days. If a significant delay affects your order, we will contact you using the email address and/or phone number provided at checkout.
Order Policy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change or update the shipping address.
Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase. Buy Outer Beauty LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to the address provided at checkout. No refunds, replacements, or store credits will be issued for packages confirmed by USPS as delivered to the address provided with the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted by USPS, delivery and transit are handled by the postal carrier. For packages that are delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local USPS office and file a claim when appropriate.
If your package is marked as delivered, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, building management, and your local post office before contacting us.
Buy Outer Beauty LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after USPS confirms delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you with locating your package or obtaining information needed for a carrier claim.
If your order arrives damaged or is missing contents, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at buyouterbeauty@gmail.com. Include your name, order number, and clear photos of the package and its contents.
