All purchases from Buy Outer Beauty LLC are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to change of mind, sizing issues, color preferences, or personal preferences.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

We carefully inspect every item before it is shipped. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is missing an item, please email buyouterbeauty@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery.

Please include your full name, order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once the issue has been reviewed, you may receive a replacement product, store credit, or refund.

Items that simply do not meet your expectations are not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

Promotions and Price Adjustments

Buy Outer Beauty LLC may occasionally offer discounts and promotional sales. All promotions are valid only during the advertised sale period. We do not offer refunds or price adjustments for orders placed before or after a promotional sale.
