Buy Outer Beauty LLC currently ships within the United States only.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

In-stock orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days will generally be packed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will generally be processed and shipped the next business day.

Once an order has shipped, please allow approximately 2–7 business days for delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the customer’s location, selected shipping method, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address and/or phone number provided at checkout. Tracking updates may take some time to appear.

After reviewing the issue, Buy Outer Beauty LLC may provide a replacement product, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.

Once a package has been accepted by USPS, delivery and transit are handled by the postal carrier.

For packages that are delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact USPS and file a claim when appropriate.

If a package is marked as delivered, customers should check with household members, neighbors, building management, and their local post office.

Buy Outer Beauty LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after USPS confirms delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with locating packages or obtaining information needed for a carrier claim.
